Price USD 1.250,- for non ICT-AS member and USD 1.000,- for ICT-AS member.

Exhibitors may add items at own expense to the booth package.


Booth Assignment

Exhibition space will be assigned on a ‘firstĀ­come, first served’ basis within the respective sponsorships levels, according to the date of the exhibition space booking and the date of the receipt of the payment. Booths can be booked with a deposit of a minimum of 25% of the price. Regulations apply; for cancellations prior to 6 weeks before the Summit’s date, the exhibitor receives a refund of 90%. Cancellation one month before the Summit’s date get 50%. For cancellations 2 weeks or later prior to the Summit’s date there will be no refund possible.
